Featured Restaurant:
Each week we will step into six different chef
kitchens from in six different city. The
featured restaurant selected will be a “Top
Pick” Restaurant in that city for that
particular cuisine. We will keep the focus on
shooting the episodes in 13 key U.S. cities the
first season. There will be 6 different
restaurants featured and a segment on wine
pairing or a cuisine specific drink.
Restaurants will pay a small participation fee,
provide a give-a-way meal for two, and offer a
revenue share on a special offer to show viewers
to purchase a perfect meal at that restaurant
only available at PickaRestaurant.com.
Guest Chefs:
Chefs will be shot in their native kitchen
preparing their favorite course or in the
studio. The segment will begin with the chef
telling us a snippet of why the dish was
chosen. The segment will then proceed to the
instruction-by-instruction,
ingredient-by-ingredient preparation of the
dish. Each week there will be six featured
chefs and one wine steward or sommelier.
Manufacturer Experts:
Each week we will feature a preparation tip or
featured gadget specific to a cuisine. It might
be and informative talk on choosing the right
type of olive oil, proper techniques to use a
knife, or an explanation of choosing the right
shaped pasta. A product representative or
appointed expert will discuss or demonstrate the
topic at the studio. A product placement fee
will be charged.
