The Host 

Host: Charles Kandutsch:       Charles is the CEO and founder of PickaRestaurant.com.  Charles alter ego Charlie AKA “Good Time Charlie” coined of a NBC News feature story is the “Guy who goes out seven nights a week and reviews the bars and restaurants.”  Participation of the host will typically be at the beginning and ending of the segment.  Scene introduction and conclusion will be a voice over setting up the chef segment, showing a view of the restaurant exterior and interior with a mini restaurant review.  The show will then enter the chef kitchen.  The chef will take over from there.  The show will not require the host to be on site at the restaurant shoot, which may allow multiple crews or outsourced segments.
